One of the key aspects of these transitions is successful onboarding of employees and long-term retention of employees vital to the client's operations.

Our goal is to seamlessly transition your employees into our contract workforce, with no inconvenience to either you or them. Populus Group has successfully fulfilled transitional services for several Fortune 100 clients. Our proven methodology and processes deliver a high touch onboarding model, while consistent open communications with the transitioned employees has resulted in virtually no controllable turnover.

Process and Methodology

Populus Group takes the appropriate steps to allow for a proper transition for our clients and their contingent workforce.

• Populus Group will conduct a thorough needs analysis with our clients to determine the optimal delivery model for each transition. Ultimately, the client and employees' needs are the primary focus.
• We will dispatch a team of experts to the client site(s) for face to face interaction with the employees. All onboarding paperwork will be completed and all questions answered before the team leaves the site.
• Once onboarded, Populus Group will dedicate one individual as the primary resource for the transitioned employees. Our representative will handle all employment-related activities with the employees.
• Periodically, our dedicated resource will initiate contact with each employee.
• We will make return visits to the customer site(s) on a quarterly basis for routine follow up and employee affinity activities.
• Our management team will maintain an open door policy to each of the newly transitioned employees.
