"What is the average length of assignment?"
- On average our contractor assignments range from 17 to 26 weeks.

"Does Populus Group only provide contract opportunities?"
- Populus Group places candidates in contractual and contract-to-hire positions as well as directly into our client organizations.

"Does Populus Group pay relocation fees?"
- There are times when our customers will incur the cost of relocating our contract employees or direct hires.

"Are there drug testing and background tests prior to starting an assignment?"
- At the request of our clients, Populus Group provides drug and background testing, once an offer has been made, and must be completed prior to employment.

"Is there tuition reimbursement?"
- Populus Group is currently researching several options that allow our internal employees to further their education.

"Does Populus Group reimburse for mileage?"
- Mileage reimbursement is determined on a client basis.

"Is there a "referral fee" program?"
- At this time Populus Group does have a formalized referral fee program in place. However, we value professional referrals, and as such, we are in the process of designing a program that will allow us to show our appreciation for your networking efforts.
