Meet Populus Group: Our Culture of Innovation

Find a Way. Entrepreneurial Spirit. Pioneering Mentality. Innovation. These are a few of the characteristics that define our culture and way of doing business.  Most importantly, our people embody these characteristics and are the ones who bring creative ideas to the table and tirelessly build and protect our truly uncommon culture. And boy, are we passionate about it.
What role do passion and culture play in your organization? How important is it that you find  partners who believe in the same things you do?  What's more important than feeling heard and knowing that the partner you choose does what they say they're going to do?  The thing is, we ask ourselves these questions and put a lot of weight behind our answers, both with our customers and with each other, because we know you're doing the same.
The truth is, we feel that what we do is not nearly as important as why we do it.  Our customers allow us to live out our belief of helping them achieve success through addressing their biggest challenges in their contingent workforce.  Helping them to mitigate risk, save time and money, find and retain top talent and meet diversity spend goals to make their organizations better-this is why we do it.
Since 2002, our customers' biggest challenges have guided the solutions we've built, and our people have been defining our fun-loving culture.  Along the way, we've accomplished some pretty amazing things; our teams represent flags from 17 countries and 4 branches of the armed forces, 55% of our management positions are held by women, 94% of our customers continue to put their trust in us, and our service mentality is engrained in our DNA.
Our customers' needs have also helped us expand our footprint and we currently have four main offices throughout the U.S. in Chicago, TroySan Francisco, and Seattle. We also have satellite locations in  Baltimore, New YorkPhiladelphia and Portland. We're a privately-held, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certified in all 50 states via the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council.
