We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Compliance team in our San Mateo, CA office. As an IC Compliance Admin, you will be assisting our San Mateo team with performing general administration for office needs and administrative support for our Independent Contractor evaluations.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have a knack for organization. The right employee must be able to show initiative and follow directions. If you don’t have experience within a Compliance department – no big deal – we will train you. If you’re not a team player or you can’t manage your time effectively, this is NOT the role for you. You will have to be detail oriented, have the ability to be a critical thinker, and also enjoy being a problem solver.

The ideal candidate will be expected to do the following:
Office space and conference room maintenance
Supply ordering, distributing, and supply room organization
Book orders and office event coordinating
Set up calls for company calls
Compliance Team Assistance:
Send email correspondences on behalf of Compliance team
Collect and review on-boarding paperwork
Follow-up on pending or expired documentation
