Our Client – a large tech company in Redmond, WA – has an exciting opportunity for a contract HR Operations Consultant to join their team. This specific role will provide operations program management support for global compensation and benefits programs including the execution of business processes, tasks, testing, and auditing to enable the successful execution of HR program initiatives.

You will be working on Regression testing within the Client’s internal benefits tool; ensuring systems are functioning as they should be. This role will be Project Management-like and you will need to have a familiarity on how to operate with tools based on business perspective. You will be coordinating what the regression testing needs are, making sure all test scripts are tested, and doing some testing. An end-user’s perspective is vital to this role, testing out different scenarios to ensure that they are paying out benefits correctly.




Track end-to-end process and performance metrics of global services via internal and external/vendor tools. Assist with providing business insights to drive data driven decisions on program design, requirements and operational model.  Develop, deliver and maintain global end-to-end processes including; desktop procedures and process flows, Knowledge base articles, FAQs & Known Issues for internal CRM functionality to global and regional operations community. Participate in on-going testing of data and systems to ensure deployment of stable experiences to employees and managers.  Understand all known process or systems issues and ensure potential user confusion points are tracked and infused into documentation.  


3-5 years of Regression testing experience – working in IT environment or understanding of HR systems. Demonstrated experience in systems or operations related process and systems development. Experience leading or participating in end-user testing preferred. Successful candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm in stressful circumstances. Ability to see beyond the presenting problem, identify underlying root causes, and propose appropriate interventions all while delicately balancing varied interest groups (clients, vendors and COE).  Excellent cross-group collaboration in a virtual environment across various internal & external stakeholder groups.  Ability to manage diverse perspectives and work productively across global team in a rapidly changing environment. Solid knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Visio and Access and HR systems (SAP). Understanding of confidential data and data integrity.
