IT Project Manager

Responsible for managing full lifecycle delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, vendor coordination, risk management, and adherence to schedules and budgets; collaborate with internal teams including infrastructure, networking, applications, security, and facilities, as well as external partners, to ensure all technology components meet organizational standards and operational readiness; drive site readiness for go-live, oversee post-implementation stabilization, track and resolve issues, complete documentation, and ensure smooth handoff to operations or managed services; utilize and apply knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle, JIRA, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Service Now, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, cost optimization procedures, project schedule development/controls, and standardized project management methodologies to perform assigned duties; maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing status updates, risk assessments, and success metrics throughout the project lifecycle; and ensure all deliverables align with IT governance, security policies, and industry best practices.

Observability Engineer

Responsible for working within the Site Reliability Tools (SRT) team to build next-generation monitoring and site analytics capabilities; build and coordinate a large-scale observability pipelines for PlayStation; participate in the full life cycle of system design, from concept, architecture, data governance, application decomposition, to deployment and creation of KPIs for tracking adoption; participate in the design, logic, flowcharting, data ingestion, data governance, visualization development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support of observability tools infrastructure; provide analysis of problems, recommend solutions, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives; develop, implement, and maintain Enterprise observability solutions; perform configure, upgrade, scale out, patch, and tune Splunk Enterprise and CRIBL Stream; support governance of Splunk and CRIBL usage in order to provide an efficient platform; collaborate with architects, senior engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to create an observability architecture; utilize and apply knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CloudFormation, and enterprise observability platforms to perform assigned tasks; conduct frequent capacity and cost reviews of observability tools; build automation and self-service capabilities to improve day-to-day operations; troubleshoot incidents and provide RCAs; and create technical documentation that enables operations teams to support the observability stack.

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance; lead all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, defect management, and requirements traceability matrix (RTM) creation; collaborate with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure testing alignment and proactively address concerns; validate test results and generate detailed testing metrics and reports to support quality assurance efforts; architect and implement end-to-end testing strategies, including test management frameworks and methodologies; design and coordinate test data strategies, including data obfuscation techniques to ensure data privacy and integrity; support multiple test release cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across complex test programs; coordinate test tools, environments, and infrastructure to support scalable and efficient testing operations; apply expertise across the full software development lifecycle, including SAFe, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, to complete assigned tasks; implement Continuous Integration (CI) practices and tools to streamline testing and deployment workflows; utilize and apply knowledge of QA Methodologies, STLC, SDLC, Pega tools, JIRA, ADO, RTM, DevOps methodologies, Bug Defect Life Cycle, end-to-end test strategies, and CI practices/tools to perform duties; and conduct various types of testing including integration, web services, performance, load, disaster recovery (DR), security, and service virtualization.
